After hours drop-off form description

The 'After hours drop-off form' is created in a PDF file format to ensure consistent layout and formatting when printed from widely varied computers and printers. This PDF file must be manually edited for each website. We will create a simple PDF page from the text copy that you provide. No graphics are included. As part of your new website setup fee Robert Maxim will install the PDF file on your website at no charge.

You may also create your own PDF file. If you provide the PDF file to us we will place the file on your website at no charge as part of your new website setup fee.
