Service Credits are purchased in advance to pay for services we offer. Service Credits are provided as a convenience for our clients. By using Service Credits customers can ensure that they have the funds available when payments are due.
Service Credits are treated as cash credits to your account and are not taxed when processed through our shopping cart. Taxes, where required, are charged when a service is invoiced and the credit is used as a payment.
Robert Maxim works on a prepaid service policy where all services must be paid for before they are provided. Clients can purchase Service Credits which can be used to pay for services when required.
Robert Maxim's policy is to require payment for services and products in advance or at the time service is provided. Service Credits allow customers to establish a cash reserve to facilitate recurring or renewal payments, or routine maintenance charges by Robert Maxim.
Service Credits also allow customers who wish to pay by check, money order or bank draft to comply with Robert Maxim's payment policy . Service Credits allow time for the payment to clear our bank account before the payment is due.
You can purchase Service Credits by providing either a valid credit card, an on-line check, money order, bank draft, personal or company check. Payments can be mailed directly to our office or made through PayPal.
