Robert Maxim Client Affiliate Registration
Please Note: If you are not a Robert Maxim web-service client and would like to become an Affiliate please see our affiliate sign-up information.
To become an affiliate Robert Maxim clients need to request an affiliate account.
Application Procedure
- log into your Robert Maxim account (go here if you need an account),
- click 'My account' in left menu,
- click 'Apply for role' tab,
- select the "Affiliate" role,
- click 'Apply',
- agree to Affiliate Terms of Service Agreement (ATOS)1:
- go to ATOS acceptance page,
- read the ATOS agreement and agree to terms,
- click 'Add to cart',
- click 'Checkout',
- click 'Review order',
- click 'Submit order'.
Your affiliate agreement will be recorded.

- we personally review each application. After your application is approved we will send you a confirmation e-mail notifying you of your affiliate account activation,
- after your application is approved you will need to log into your Robert Maxim account and complete the additional address and business information required in the "My account" area.
Notes:
1 Once you have applied for an affiliate account you will need to agree to our ATOS Agreement. The ATOS is processed through our shopping card. The agreement is processed as a zero priced item that involves no payment. This provides a permanent record of your agreement.
2 In addition to the usual name and address details requested in your user record, you will need to e-mail a copy of your photo ID and a copy of your SSN or SIN card to our office.
If you are applying as a business you will need to submit a copy of your business incorporation or registration document. This document must show the registered company address, contact information and business registration number.
We are required to keep this information on file for tax audit purposes. You are required to claim your commissions as income. Robert Maxim does not make any deductions from commissions we paid.
You can make copies of both pieces of your identification with a digital scanner or a digital camera. Either the scan or photo can be sent as an e-mail attachment.
