There are three user types available for your web-site's CMS system. Each user type has different roles with different permissions and security levels. The different roles allows specific tasks to be assigned to different people.

Managers have control over sensitive information and any financially sensitive systems.

Users with the Editor role can be restricted to basic editing tasks without access to areas and functions requiring greater responsibility.

Your customer users are restricted to submitting testimonials, making recommendations to their friends, viewing their Reward Points, receiving promotions, and receiving service reminders.

Custom user roles can be created by request.
