Great Post

Hello Doug, This was a great post and a perfect example of a PR disaster. I work for Automotive Video, Inc., an automotive technical and shop management training provider. We have a monthly newsletter that goes out to approximately 5,000 aftermarket repair shops. I would love to add this to our newsletter. I think it is a valuable lesson for shops to hear and our readers will get a kick out of this story. Please comment back and let me know if this would be possible. Thanks
